Unnamed Prototype (HAIR)

Near (in)complete prototype for a digital musical interface/instrument that utilizes a turntable and an RGB color sensor to memorize colors and trigger samples. Capacitive sensors (H A I R) modulate effects parameters of the samples. Sound is from a ChucK patch running on a Raspberry Pi with audio out to a small built-in amplifier with speaker.

Future improvements include stabilization of color sensor for more consistent sensor readings, redesigning enclosure, embedding capacitive copper sensors into enclosure surface, programming synthesis patch onto STM32F7 (DSP) board, leveling wheel/disk, effectively managing anxieties, etc.
